Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic is the science and art which concerns itself with the relationship between the structure (primarily the spine) and function (primarily the nervous system) as that relationship effects the restoration and preservation of health.
The health of your spine is vital to the life that flows through you. The spine not only, provides essential structural support for your whole body, it is the home of your spinal cord which is an extension of your brain and part of your central nervous system (CNS).
Cypress Chiropractic looks to the spine as an avenue of recovery from pain and symptoms, injury, disease, dis-ease, disorder, and dysfunction. Chiropractic works with the spine as a means of healing, energetic flow, opportunity, opening, and more LIFE!

Sports Chiropractic
Athletes depend on their body to compete, function optimally, and quickly recover from the physical stress they put it through. The benefits of holistic chiropractic include strength enhancement and performance, spinal and energetic alignment, improved balance, as well as coordination and proprioception (the brain's awareness of the body in space).
Cypress Chiropractic provides spinal and extremity assessments and adjustments, so if you’re noticing dysfunction outside of the spine, such as with your shoulders, elbows, knees and feet, those areas can be checked and adjusted if nessesary too.
Other services include Kiniesiotaping, Soft-Tissue Mobilization, and more! Learn more by clicking the link below.

Pre-Natal Chiropractic Care (Webster Chiropractic)

Family Chiropractic & Kids
Families that live a lifestyle of health and wellness are healthy and strong together. Children have a spine and nervous system just like their parents, however children are developing their brain and nervous system at a rapid speed! Every new lesson a child learns creates a new neural brain pathway. Chiropractic ensures those neural pathways are clear.
Cypress Chiropractic is where family wellness meets prevention. Healthy children grow into healthy adults. If you need to schedule an Initial Session for your whole family, please call us at 843-277-4885.

Posture
Did you know that posture is a direct representation of your overall health? Holistically, posture shows how much life energy is available and it shows the opportunity to improve.

Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a perfect complement to chiropractic care. Red Light Therapy stimulates adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production, restores mitochondrial function and energizes cells to repair and replicate. Just like our body's use sunlight to make Vitamin D, our body can use red light to produce ATP more efficiently, which ultimately powers its natural healing processes.

Massage Therapy
We offer deep tissue, therapeutic, and pre-natal massage therapy. Massage therapy is a perfect complement to chiropractic care. While chiropractic works on the deepest tissues of the body such as the nerves and joints, massage therapy works with the soft tissues of the body to break down scarring. Dr. Sarah and Vanessa can both incorporate their healing modalities to help you heal and reach your goals.

FAQs
What is the “crackle” sound that you hear when getting adjusted?
The “crackle” sound that you may hear along with a chiropractic adjustment is called a cavitation. A cavitation occurs when the synovial fluid in a joint releases oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. A cavitation is not necessary in order for a successful adjustment to take place, and there are many types of adjustments that are not accompanied by a cavitation at all.
Does Cypress Chiropractic & Wellness accept medical insurance?
Cypress Chiropractic & Wellness is not in network with medical insurance companies, however, you do not need insurance to get checked and adjusted. Just like car insurance, medical insurance often only covers costs in a crisis situation. Car insurance does not cover routine maintenance, oil changes, and new tires, and yet if we drive and own a car, we pay for those services, no questions asked. Medical insurance is very similar in that it also does not cover routine maintenance for your body and mind. The biggest difference is that the maintenance of our body directly affects our lives.
The prices on your initial spinal check are posted in the booking site here. Care instruction discounts are available and usually discussed at your second appointment.
Once I start going to a chiropractor, do I have to keep going?
First of all, you only get one spine and nervous system in this lifetime and YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON THEM! You cannot just go buy a new set, like you can buy a new car. If you want your health to be optimal for a lifetime, you have to take care of your spine for a lifetime, but here are some other questions to consider…
If you want to be healthy and fit, do you have to continue to exercise and eat right?
If you want a happy marriage, do you have to continue to work on your relationship?
If you want to pay off your mortgage, do you just pay it couple times a year or do you keep paying every month for decades?
The same goes for having a fully functioning spine and nervous system. It takes your continuous commitment to maintaining it and keeping it well.
Many people choose to continue to get their spine and neurology checked because they prioritize it.
