Challenges Bring Lessons Learned.

Happy New Year! Wow! This time last year, Cypress Chiropractic was still in the works to getting open. Walls were being painted, furniture was being contemplated, ordered and arranged,  and business licensing was being put into place. My hopes to create a zen-ful healing space were in the works with a bright year ahead. I’m so grateful that this year has not only survived but succeeded.

The year of 2022 brought many challenges, but I believe that challenges bring the opportunity to evolve. Challenges can look like many different things. Challenges can look like an injury, pain, symptoms , or disease. Challenges can look like sickness, colds, Covid, or Flu. Challenges can look like grief, sadness, depression, or loss. Challenges can be the little things that add burden to our lives on a daily. I fully believe that challenges can evolve into blessings because with each challenge, a lesson is learned.

I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to see many of you evolve in your healing and health journey. So many of you started care with symptoms, and disconnections in the body, but with commitment and chiropractic care, you are able to move forward in your healing journey AND most importantly evolve as a human and spiritual being that you are. Receiving chiropractic adjustments, helps you become more connected within your brain and nervous system, yourself and your being, and it opens the channels to evolve. Evolving and healing your physical body, makes you more whole and more ultimately you.

I’m sure some of you have heard me say, “what is the pain/symptom trying to tell you?” And I’m also sure that some of you have no idea, but with continued commitment and support to your physical body, you will learn and find peace from within.

Happy New Year! Thank of you for your support. Support for your own physical healing and health journey, as well as for your support of my small business, Cypress Chiropractic & Wellness. I look forward to continuing care with you in the year to come.

As always, I am grateful for you all.

Healing, Health, & Love,

Sarah Kalani Wharton, DC
