Fluid Dynamics: Why Hydration is the Unsung Hero of Spine and Joint Health

When we think about back pain or stiff joints, our minds usually go straight to an  isolated problem in the bone and muscles, however, the underlying cause of that dull  ache or morning stiffness is far simpler—and infinitely more fluid. 

It comes down to hydration.
