Those are the people with multiple symptoms. There are also people somewhere in the middle. Maybe those people only have one or two symptoms.
The race begins and everyone starts running towards the finish line. Everyone is going to eventually complete the race, but the ones that started at the front are more likely to finish before those that started closer to the back. They are healthier, faster, and stronger. They have a health system in place. Maybe there are some people who started in the middle or back of the pack that catch up, while others who were at the front may fall behind. Healing is just like that.
